Shipping policy

Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 1–5 business days for production before your order ships. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Locations

We currently only ship within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery time (United States):
2–7 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays.


Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Made-to-Order Items

Because our products are made-to-order 3D printed items, production time is required before shipment. Orders cannot be canceled once printing has started.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with neighbors
  • Check your local post office
  • Contact the shipping carrier

Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging
  • Your order number
